Our story

Precision health, moved forward.

AI Health-Forward was founded on a simple idea: your body keeps excellent records, and you deserve a wellness routine that actually reads them.

01 · Origin

From specialist waiting rooms.

Our founders — a dermatologist, a machine-learning researcher, and a former healthcare operations lead — kept meeting the same kind of patient. Someone holding a folder of lab results, an imaging CD, and three conflicting opinions about what to do next. Smart, engaged, and drowning in paperwork that no one had time to connect.

In 2023, we started building a tool to organize a single patient’s records into something readable in under ten minutes. By 2024, that tool had quietly helped a few hundred people walk into appointments better prepared. In 2025, we paired it with the first product we felt confident standing behind — a topical gel calibrated to the patterns we kept seeing — and AI Health-Forward, as it exists today, took shape.

We’re still a small team. We’d like to stay that way for a while.

02 · Principles

The four things we won't compromise on.

Wellness is crowded with promises. We decided early what we would and wouldn’t do, and we’ve kept those rules close.

Evidence before enthusiasm.

Every formulation ingredient and every AI summary we ship is traceable to peer-reviewed research or a licensed reviewer’s sign-off. If we can’t cite it, we don’t claim it.

Your records, your records.

We never sell data. We never use your uploaded records to train general AI models without explicit, specific consent. Deletion is a button, not a ticket.

Humans stay in the loop.

AI is a drafting assistant, not a diagnostician. Every Plus and Premium Plan is reviewed, corrected, and signed off by a licensed medical professional before it reaches you.
